National Dance Week’s mission statement is:  to expose and introduce as many people as possible to the enjoyment and benefits of dance through promoting dance in schools, expanding community awareness, and increasing professional development.  Please help us celebrate this event!  National Dance Week is celebrated from Monday, April 23rd through Saturday, April 28th.  In honor of National Dance Week, Joy of Movement will be offering free trial classes during this time.  If you are already a student, bring a friend to class next week to join in the fun!  For more information on National Dance Week please visit http://www.nationaldanceweek.org/.

The studio will be closed from Wednesday, April 4th through Sunday, April 8th for spring break.  I hope you all enjoy a happy and healthy week!

It is “Crazy Hair and Sock Week” at Joy of Movement.  Feel free to rock a crazy hair-do and funky socks from Wednesday 3/28 through Monday 4/2.  See you in class :)

Saturday, February 11th through Thursday, February 16th is Joy of Movement Spirit Week!  Celebrate JOM Spirit Week by dressing in purple and gold for class!  We will play dance games and enjoy experiencing the joy of movement all week long   See you in class…
